La Tomatina (12pm & 230pm)

Roasted pork shoulder, chicken, clams, shrimp, mussels, ground Soria chorizo,  
green onions, mushrooms, divina tomatoes, heirloom tomatoes, red peppers and roasted garlic on a base of saffron and chicken stock.  

Vegan (5pm)

Artichokes, portobello mushrooms, divina tomatoes, red peppers, poblanos, padrons, snow peas, heirloom tomatoes, green onion, and roasted garlic cooked in a vegetable saffron broth.
